    • Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on average transit times and are subject to variations due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to provide accurate estimates, but we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe.

  3. Shipping Destinations:

    • We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  4. Shipping Charges:

    • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method and the destination address. Please review the shipping charges before completing your order.

  5. Address Accuracy:

Refund and Return Policy for Skruffy Kanoe Products:

At Skruffy Kanoe, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a refund or return may be necessary. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Refunds: a. Skruffy Kanoe offers a full refund on products that are damaged during shipping or are defective. To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request evidence such as photographs or a detailed description of the issue to process your refund request. b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

  2. Returns: Skruffy Kanoe accepts returns for products within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to certain conditions:

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization. Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted.

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
